VAT on Faster Payments System: Ministry of Finance May Reassess Stance
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation currently does not plan to introduce Value-Added Tax (VAT) for operations conducted through the Faster Payments System (FPS). However, Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Sazanov stated in comments to journalists that this issue could be revisited and re-evaluated as early as this autumn.
