Новые правила для МФО с 1 июля 2026 года
С первого июля 2026 года начнут действовать обновленные требования Центрального банка Российской Федерации, существенно влияющие на сферу деятельности микрофинансовых организаций (МФО). Ключевое изменение состоит в том, что МФО более не имеют права оформлять или принимать согласие на предоставление дополнительных услуг от имени клиента, в том числе путем проставления галочки или любого другого обозначения.
