The Government has submitted a bill to the Duma that will expand the scope of the State Information System of State and Municipal Payments (GIS GMP). If the document is adopted, the list of payment categories falling into this database will cease to be closed.
The GIS GMP is becoming mandatory for a larger number of payments.
A draft law introduced to the Duma by the government aims to broaden the influence of the State Information System of State and Municipal Payments (GIS GMP). Should this bill be approved, the range of payment categories that are required to be registered in this database will no longer be limited.
