However, the multiplayer spin-off faced a challenging reception from critics, primarily due to its initial onboarding experience, which Remedy had previously committed to improving. The studio also underwent a leadership change last year following its CEO's departure.
The 'Open House' update introduces some new in-game additions, but its most significant changes focus on enhancing accessibility and inviting more players. The base price of FBC: Firebreak has been reduced to $20.
