Google Play внедряет новую функцию, получившую название «Игровые пробники» (Game Trials), которая позволит вам бесплатно опробовать часть платных игр, прежде чем вы решитесь на их покупку. Эта возможность уже начинает появляться в избранных платных мобильных играх и скоро будет доступна для Google Play Games на ПК.
Игры, предлагающие пробный период, будут отображать на своих страницах профиля кнопку с надписью «Попробовать» (Try). При нажатии на нее вы увидите, как долго вы сможете играть в игру до того, как потребуется ее приобрести. Например, в демонстрационном примере Google, игра в жанре выживания и хоррора «Dredge» предоставит вам 60 минут бесплатного игрового времени, после чего у вас появится выбор: либо купить игру, либо удалить ее со своего устройства.
Google также объявил о выпуске большего количества платных инди-игр в ближайшие месяцы, среди которых «Moonlight Peaks», «Sledding Game» и «Low-Budget Repairs». Кроме того, в магазине Play запущен новый раздел, предназначенный для игр, оптимизированных под ПК с Windows. Вы можете добавить игры из этого раздела в список желаемого, чтобы получить уведомление, когда они поступят в продажу.
Наконец, компания запускает Play Games Sidekick – оверлей для Android, работающий на базе ИИ Gemini, анонсированный в прошлом году, – для некоторых игр, загруженных из Play. Sidekick может показывать релевантную информацию и инструменты для любой игры, в которую вы играете, без необходимости выполнения поискового запроса.
