Innovative Method and Apparatus for Rubber Waste Regeneration
This innovative method and its accompanying apparatus are specifically engineered for the regeneration (devulcanization) of various rubber wastes. This includes rubber waste originating from rubber technical production facilities, as well as diverse rubber-containing materials like crumbs, shavings, and chips obtained from the processing of end-of-life vehicle tires.
The core regeneration process is effectively performed in specialized mixing rolls, incorporating the use of a powdered modifier. A pivotal feature of this devulcanization technique lies in the precise introduction of the powdered modifier into the batch of waste undergoing treatment, which is carried out in a distinct two-stage sequence.
