The Association of Software Developers “Domestic Software” (ARPP) has urged authorities to reconsider their VPN blocking strategy and establish a joint body involving the IT industry. Developers contend that current measures are not only ineffective but also disrupt internet operations and create difficulties for businesses.
Experts caution that further tightening of these policies could escalate technological confrontation and accelerate the exodus of IT specialists.
