T-Technologies has announced its agreement to acquire 100% of the Auto.ru group of companies from the internet giant Yandex. The significant transaction is valued at 35 billion rubles, with the finalization of the deal projected to occur in the second quarter of 2026.
Auto.ru, a prominent online portal for buying and selling vehicles, has been under Yandex’s ownership since 2014. T-Technologies intends to integrate Auto.ru into its expanding automotive ecosystem, a strategic move aimed at reinforcing its position and offering comprehensive services within the sector.
