A pilot project for the first independent ATM network in Russia has officially commenced in the Tambov region. The cash collection service ‘Rosinkas’ has been appointed as the operator for this innovative network. It is anticipated that this globally recognized White Label deployment model will effectively address the persistent issue of limited access to remote banking services and cash in various regions, particularly where the presence of traditional bank-owned ATMs and branch offices has significantly diminished.
