Министерство строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Российской Федерации видит будущее сферы ЖКХ в развитии искусственного интеллекта. Согласно инициативам ведомства, к 2030 году ожидается, что большая часть обращений граждан, связанных с проблемами в сфере ЖКХ, таких как низкая температура отопления, протечки крыш и неисправности лифтового оборудования, будет обрабатываться с помощью чат-ботов и голосовых роботов.
The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation foresees the future of the housing and communal services sector in the development of artificial intelligence. According to the ministry’s proposals, by 2030, it is expected that three-quarters of all complaints from Russians regarding issues in the housing and communal services sphere, such as cold radiators, leaky roofs, and perpetually broken elevators, will be handled by chatbots and voice robots.
