At the Congress of the Association of Peasant Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives in Kazan, the urgent need for a unified digital platform for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) was a key topic of discussion. Vladimir Plotnikov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma’s Agrarian Committee, called for the expedited launch of such a platform. He emphasized that currently, all peasant and farming enterprises are compelled to operate across several disparate and fragmented state systems, which significantly complicates their work and reduces overall efficiency.
