The issue of the high cost of acquiring services for small and medium-sized businesses has once again become a subject of discussion in the State Duma.
Specifically, Mikhail Delyagin, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, has appealed to Elvira Nabiullina, Head of the Central Bank, with a proposal to introduce legislative limits on the size of these commissions.
