Hi guys! I've been playing around with the old software The 3D Game Maker (Dark basics software) from 2001. It works fine on Windows 10, but after a whole days work, the game I was making crashed, and then when I reopen the software I cannot open the project anymore..It says "failed to load game"....I dont know what this is, but I lost an entire days work. Anyone remember this software and know how to fix this? Im desperateThanks alot
Hi. I had the same situation. Unfortunally i cant fix this problem, only one thing help me to save my all work - but my work taked my longer time than one day. When i save the game, i make couple backups but with other names. This work correctly. But if youbuse the same name for backups like for oryginal it will be also crushed.

I bought this when I was 8, loved it lol.
Now... nah. It's good for young people to make little games with assets included in the program, but if you want to make a serious project... no, just no.
This doesnt count as a game engine. Its good for anyone under the age of 10. If you really want to make a game, learn to code it yourself and stop using crappy point and click engines that look like ****.
