PatchDrop this patch into your data folder if you just want to add better range and accuracy to VANILLA or ANOTHER mod. Don't use with the Rifled Barrels mod.
Simply drop pack files into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\data
I suggest using along with all-factions mod by uriya

why does my game crash i followed the instructions

May I ask how you made them hold fire for a bit when they present their guns?

working fine, im just not a fan of it. I was gonna use DBEditor to change it.

I'm not sure. Try manually deleting the game files, to ensure a totally clean install.
