Question about the moderation policy Thread

Hi all,

Today I got this post deleted twice by moderation. I did it under the Call to Tarkov mod page : Moddb.com

Could you just tell what was wrong in the post ? I am pretty new on Moddb and I do not know yet moderation policies in here. And would like also to understand what can be said or not be said, in order not to be moderated too often...

I initially wanted to give it a try, but after reading the description by the author, I gave up. Basically description says:
- I don't care about the players who will use this mod : I dit it for myself
- Players are annoying, and their requests are stupid. And anyway I do not listen to critics
- Don't expect support
- I will not update this stuff

OK, why not. But then, why do you publish it ?
And on my side, as a player, I have principles too : I will not waste time to play a mod that is not maintained, debugged, updated and that is created by a guy that openly says he does not care about his players.

Authors can manage their own mod page and comments. Most likely your comment was deleted by the author and not by the ModDB staff. Posting here about this is useless, better talk things out with the mod author instead.

OK thanks for the info. I did not get that moderation was made by authors.
