my fav weapon is the romanian PSL cus im from romania so why not duhh
An interesting weapon, but its 7,62 mm Mosin-Nagant cartridge don't more belong to the standard ammo of an infantry rifle unit. So rather rare on the battlefield.
Just curious, anyone heard of the H&K G11?
Yes, a very particular weapon.
But it uses a specific (caseless) ammo unable to easy find on the battleground.
I personally like the AK47 and the StG45.
The Sturmgewehr 45 was only a prototype, without use during the battle. So no concrete ideas about its possibilities.
The AK47 is naturally a reference assault rifle.
But these both weapons have a small weakness : with their magazine, it's rather difficult to fire when lying. Not a problem for a rifle used for assault, but during the war, there are too defensive battle situations ...
Is this group dead?! it's been ages since anyone posted anything at all!!
try to add something maybe it helps lel.
seems so xD
My favorite weapon is the M2 Carbine, as it can be considered the first US assault rifle, it could use the 15 round M1 mags or 30 round mags. It also had a fire selector.
Maybe, but with a very low stopping power.
