It is the year 2552 and the human race faces the greatest threat that it has ever known: A fanatical alien consortium, hellbent on our complete annihilation. Unbeknownst to us, we colonized worlds and unburied ancient alien technology that the so-called "Covenant" considers sacred. By complete accident we simultaneously announced our presence in the galaxy and labeled ourselves heretics.
And so the extermination began...
It didn't take long for our worlds to fall and in the short span of only a few years, billions of lives were lost with hardly an account given for them. Humanity now stands on the precipice of extinction and YOU are the fulcrum on which our destiny is balanced. Will you stand against the zealous Covenant and fight a desperate war for survival, or will you choose the path of the alien and stomp out the scum of humanity forever in the name of your gods?

Not since The Clone Wars 4.0 have I had so much fun in a ground battle skirmish. It feels like Halo in everyway shape and form very well done Mr. Farseer! I spotted this on the workshop and thought I would show my appreciation on here. The only things that kind of nagged me a little bit was the Zealot not being able to slash quick enough when it was chasing moving enemies, and the Hunters being healed at repair stations. Very minor things, but for a beta its very well polished! I cannot believe this mod is over a decade old. When it is finally finished I can imagine it leaving official RTS games like Halo Wars firmly in the dust! This is the true Halo RTS game we all needed.
man I remember when the demo came out for this, I was 18 just finishing school about to head to uni, now im 29 & married lol but i still cant wait for this mod to come out :D
HAHA same! was 21 no kids, an no worries in life! now im 32 married and have three kids.. and no time in life :D but i am still waiting!
could you make a separate mod or the needed files with only the blood to use with the original main game ?

when i load the game with this mod most of my textures are just that annoying green screen color including the entirety of space
delete or rename shaders folder

I'm going to guess you are playing on Steam. If so, the old land beta for this mod was not updated for the Steam version and wont work.

It works for me most likely because I am using an old mod launcher.

the Steam Version dosent work anymore you need the GOG version or the disc Version.
