Alternative Bloodsuckers addon - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Description

A simple addon which changes the 3D models and textures of the bloodsuckers from the game. These models and textures were done by me using ZBrush, Maya, Topogun and Substance Painter.

The idea was to remake the entire 3D model with better quality, I tried to adapt the same types we have in Anomaly, which are four different types, yet I also wished to keep to the lore somewhat, while adding what I personally believe would be life in The Zone for bloodsuckers. I also wanted to keep similar textures to the originals, so I used similar colours. In Anomaly there also is a big huge bloodsucker with spikes, I believe it doesn't look good, so I replaced it with a much more muscular black bloodsucker.

The 3D model itself has more polygons than the original model, but it is optimised for games. The textures are all in 4k, but if you install through MO2 you can choose a smaller resolution. Performance wise, if the Alternative Cats mod works well for you, so should this, although this mod is slightly heavier polygon wise. The fur textures are in 2k resolution. You can't change this through the installation.

The scale of the models remain the same as they are in game, those which are a bigger scale will also be big with this mod, and those who are smaller, will also be smaller. There are four different 3D model variants for the bloodsuckers in this mod, which differ depending on the original texture they used. With that, I textured them also with different colours based on the original colours in Anomaly. Each variant's 3D model is different aswell as their textures:
- Red Normal Bloodsucker
- Brown Nasty Bloodsucker
- Green Swamp Bloodsucker
- Big Muscular Black Bloodsucker (replaces ONLY the spikes bloodsucker from Anomaly)

You will find them varied as they do in the game already, keeping to vanilla, yet changing their models and textures to these.

Compatibility
This addon should be compatible with any other mods that do not change the or models of bloodsuckers. This means, this addon will be compatible even with addons that change scripts and configs about bloodsuckers. As the only files changed are the .ogf of the bloodsuckers. I have found a way to still keep the vanilla textures, which means that the trophy bloodsuckers in the world will keep their original textures, as my own textures are just added on top. It is okay to add mid save and also delete mid save, as it only edits the meshes and textures.

Installation
Use MO2 to install, as it will be easier and the mod has a FOMOD installation. However if you do not wish to install through that, go one by one on the folders, dropping the contents of their gamedata folder into your own gamedata folder. Choose only ONE of the texture options.
